Technical High School was established in October 1983 with the following objectives:
To provide qualitative secondary school education for children of staff of Premium Steel and Mines & children of the host and neighboring communities
To provide a sound technical training for children of staff of PSML who would possibly take over the reigns in the company after completing their university education
To absorb the output of the Model Nursery & Primary Schools
THS is comprised of junior and senior secondary sections consisting of 42 classes. We also provide boarding facilities for boys and girls with a 350 capacity hostel
Model Primary School 1 was established in 1980 to provide elementary education in Ovwian, Warri, Delta State. The school is located in Steel Town 3 in Steel Township Warri . It is comprised of a Nursery and Primary section comprised of a total of 35 classes
